December 23, 2022Just about 2 days ago I planned with Mak that we will organize a Bug Hunting event in Dhaka. After finishing my exam on May 19, then I was ready to go ahead. Then after finalizing with EMK Center, We declared the event as “Become a Beta Testing BugHunter — Dhaka”
Within only 3 days, we got 65 registered response. And We can see our event matrix. It reached to near about 9.2k people!
At the event, I was a keynote speaker. I got a list of 105 test case to test Firefox Preview from Mozilla. I follow those tasks of every test case. I divided all test case within participants. One participant completed 19 test cases alone. I gave him a Firefox sticker. Most of the participants tested 3+ test case.
We filed 54 bugs in total. There participated about 30+ participants. It’s about a whole day long session.
One of the participants Shaikh Kamran said that It was an amazing experience to work for Mozilla as Beta Tester. Thanks to Mozilla for arranging such an event. I personally learned a lot attending here. I will also thank the EMK center for the venue. I couldn’t meet with S. M. Sarwar Nobin, a wonderful person and organizer of this event at Dhaka unless I joint this event. I will be always looking for attending this kind of event as a volunteer in the future.
